Willard Pearce
1943 - 2025
Willard Ray Pearce joined the Lord on March 25, 2025 at Mercy Gilbert with his loving wife Frances (Eldredge) by his side. Willard was born on January 15, 1943 in Oklahoma to parents Alfred and Etta Pearce. He met his wife Frances at age 19 and they were married for 63 years.
Professionally, Willard got his start with termite treatment in Oklahoma before moving to Arizona in 1990 and starting his second pest control business with Frances. His compassion shone through the business by offering job opportunities to immigrant missionaries. He took every chance in this life to teach, support and love. His hobbies included fishing, playing cards, and contributing through ministry at LifeChurch. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children Terry Pearce and his wife Beverly (Velez) and Tamra Yelavich (preceded by husband John Yelavich). His grandchildren Ashley Yelavich, Jaren Yelavich, Jensen Pearce, Julia Pearce, Arianna Neu, and Mason Pearce. Willard was blessed with great grandchildren Olivia Neu, Cooper Neu, Greyson Pearce, Preston Pearce, Kelly Yelavich, and Natalie Yelavich.
